Not too much to say about last night. Those that were there will know how great it was, those that weren’t, missed out!
Massive thanks to everyone who came and made it an awesome night. Thanks to the volunteers, Adam, Nigel, Dave and Tristan on checkpoints and John for helping judge the skids and trackstand comps. Thanks to Tristan and Tom who helped organise everything. And a huge thanks to 14 bike co for their generosity in prizes.
As for the winners… Matt deservedly won the race with a total of 160 points, hitting every single checkpoint in 30 minutes! Pete got 2nd place and Ricky was a close 3rd.
Tristan got the trackstand which I think went all the way to hands on hubs and bottom brackets. Last but not least, Andy destroyed the competition in the skids winning both the distance and quick stop.
Special mention to Tom who unfortunately missed the end of the night due to a poorly placed car. Heal up soon!
